Lian Li recently launched a new case called PC-888 that with its sail-shaped design and blue anodized color offered a hint of what Lian Li is planning for the future. The design and a price north of $600 makes PC-888 a case out of reach for most people, an exclusive concept that Lian Li has revealed more about how. In an interview with CPU3D, Peter Du Preez, marketing executive at Lian Li, revealed that Lian Li is among others working on a new extravagant case that trumps PC-888.

He refused to share any details on the case more than that it will cost a lot more than you usually pay for a case, up close to $1,000. What you will get for this kind of money is something we can only guess, but it sure seems like we will be seeing more extreme cases from the aluminum loving case builder.
