Finepix E900 is Fujifilm’s latest creation for the compact camera-market and it is not just any compact camera. It is namely the first compact with a resolution of 9 megapixels. Except for a high resolution sensor E900 has an optic zoom at 4x and a 2″ LCD-display. Whether Fujifilm has managed to overcome the difficulties with producing low cost cameras supporting these kind of resolutions is still uncertain, even if it seems it is convinced it has. Finepix E900 will only cost $499.99 when it will be launched in October and it is going to be interesting to follow the development of the cheaper section of digital cameras. Source: Fujifilm
